In 2013, we acquired a historic production plant in Calderara, in the province of Bologna. With a strong investment we have started a process of deep restructuring which sees us engaged in different areas such as the digitization of activities and functions, the optimization of all processes to streamline and simplify them, the reduction of energy consumption.

Today in our plant we study and produce a range of increasingly specialized and tailor-made products:

• In a continuous cycle, fatty acids that we use both internally for the production of esters and derivatives, both for sale in different sectors;

• In batches, esters on four product lines.

 Some data from the Calderara plant: 

• 87,000 square meters area (of which, 40000 square meters used),

• Fatty Acid production: 50,000 t/year

• Esters production: 25,000 t/year
